Customer Charter

East Coast Electrical aim to meet the following standards when completing work for our customers:

Communication (in person, by phone, email or in writing) will be polite, simple and accurate.

Our staff will wear clean, recognisable uniform.

Our staff will not smoke or vape on site.

Ours staff will not use offensive language on site

We will meet our appointment times within 15 minutes.

We will park considerately.

We will keep our work areas tidy.
-
We will clean up our work areas once complete.

We will avoid unnecessary damage to your property.

We will minimise disruption (e.g. loss of power).
