Customer Charter

East Coast Electrical aim to meet the following standards when completing work for our customers:

​

  • Communication (in person, by phone, email or in writing) will be polite, simple and accurate.

  • Our staff will wear clean, recognisable uniform.

  • Our staff will not smoke or vape on site.

  • Ours staff will not use offensive language on site

  • We will meet our appointment times within 15 minutes.

  • We will park considerately.

  • We will keep our work areas tidy.

  • We will clean up our work areas once complete.

  • We will avoid unnecessary damage to your property.

  • We will minimise disruption (e.g. loss of power).
